Amber leads our experienced Planning team, working closely with all departments to drive customer requirements forward. A strong voice communicating customer needs to internal teams, Amber coordinates activities effectively, ensuring requirements are clearly understood at every stage. She thrives on navigating complex projects from start to finish, maintaining the highest standards of OTIF (On Time, In Full), while keeping aged orders to a minimum. Starting her Axiom journey as an operator, Amber progressed through our Business Administration apprenticeship and Business degree, advancing into a leadership role, where she now supports the growth of the Planning department.
