With 37 years of experience in OEM and CEM environments and an MSc in Quality and Environmental Management, Jason manages Axiom’s Quality Control and Quality Engineering teams, which include professionals from administrative staff to senior engineers. A central part of Jason’s role is upholding Axiom’s compliance with established quality standards and certifications. Using structured approaches like 8D Reports, Ishikawa Diagrams, and Continuous Improvement Plans, he is dedicated to both meeting and exceeding customer expectations and driving quality improvements.
