Triple Success for Axiom on the Elektra Awards Shortlist

Axiom has been shortlisted for three categories at the prestigious Elektra Awards. Celebrating innovation, resilience and excellence across the electronics industry, we are proud to be nominated for Manufacturer of the Year, the Educational Support Award and the Rising Star Award, which recognises the achievements of our Mechanical Apprentice, Cole Parry.
Following our Highly Commended recognition in the Manufacturer of the Year category at last year’s Elektra Awards, the Axiom team is looking forward to attending this year’s awards dinner, taking place at the Hilton Bankside in London on Tuesday 9 December 2025.
This year has delivered our most successful performance to date. We achieved double digit growth, introduced a new leadership team and delivered significant operational investment. We also strengthened our partnership with Coleg y Cymoedd, expanding work placements, STEM workshops and our leading apprenticeship scheme. Cole Parry is a testament to this commitment. After learning alongside a senior machinist with more than 40 years of experience, he has become a valued member of the mechanical toolroom.
