Axiom Wins Two Awards at Made in Wales Ceremony
Celebrating innovation, skills, and success across the Welsh manufacturing industry, the Insider Made in Wales Awards saw Axiom win in two categories: Manufacturing Future Talent and Apprentice of the Year, presented to Cole Parry. Axiom’s achievements highlight our ongoing commitment to helping young people build rewarding careers in engineering and business.

Judges awarded Axiom with the Manufacturing Future Talent Award for the positive impact of our apprenticeship and training programmes, which supports cross-departmental learning, skill development in the workplace and helps prepare apprentices for long-term careers in manufacturing.

The evening also saw Cole Parry named Apprentice of the Year, recognising his skill, hard work and enthusiasm throughout his Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship.

Congratulations also goes to Georgia Barrett-Wyatt, who was shortlisted in the same category for her continued dedication across her dual role in both Business Development and Planning departments.
