- Electronic bill of material (Microsoft Excel if possible)
- Bill of material with as much detail as possible e.g. manufacturers part numbers, quantity used, alternatives etc
- Approved vendor list, with contact details
- PCB gerber data
- Volume requirements
- Assembly drawing(s)
- Manufacturing and test specifications
- Anything else you think would be useful for us to know
